Unhappy Autoclose issue - 16-06-2008, 11:19 AM

Hi
In the tickets setting we have set the Autoclose email to trigger after 120 hours ( it has to be expressed in house) However on the email, rather than show the number of hours, i wanted to display 5 days.

In the Languages setting, i have changed
acsysheader to read:We have not received any response from you in the past 5
and
acsysheaderend to read: days, and would like to know if you consider this issue to be resolved.

I have changed the template email_autoclose to read:

I am still puzzled then why my users are getting a message that we have not heard from them in 5120 days ! I cant see where the email is picking up the 120 from still

Did you rebuild the cache after chaning the email template?
