Has anyone got this to work with 3.20.02 - The autoresponder message works fine, the staff replies do not include the link. I have tried contacting softair - they dont respond.

If you have it working then please can we talk? I will provide private contact details.

The fall back option

I also have a problem with e-mail piping, i have set it all up and checked every setting but the mail parser refuses to acknowledge or action any replies from the users.

I have checked the php extension for pop3 is installed/compiled. I am almost at the stage of begging Kayako support to do something. Up until this point they have been really helpful.

Help!

Hi Spoon,

I have modified the template "email_staffreply" like this:

<{if $ishtml == true}><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica" size="2"><{$contentshtml}>
<BR><BR>
<fieldset style="margin-bottom: 6px; color: #333333;FONT: 11px Verdana, Tahoma;PADDING:3px;">
<legend><{$language[ticketdetails]}></legend><BR>
<{$language[articketid]}><{$ticket[fticketid]}><BR>
<{$language[ardepartment]}><{$ticket[department]}><BR>
<{$language[arpriority]}><font color="<{$priority[frcolorcode]}>"><{$ticket[priority]}></font><BR>
<{$language[arstatus]}><font color="<{$status[statuscolor]}>"><{$ticket[status]}></font><BR>
<{$language[arsubfooter]}>
<ahref="<{$swiftpath}>autologon.php?loginemail=<{$ ticket[email]}>&ticketid=<{$ticket[ticketid]}>&loginpassword=<{$user[userpasswordtxt]}>&swiftpath=<{$swiftpath}>"><{$swiftpath}></a><BR>
</fieldset>
</font><{else}><{$contentstext}>

<{$language[ticketdetails]}>
===================
<{$language[articketid]}><{$ticket[fticketid]}>
<{$language[ardepartment]}><{$ticket[department]}>
<{$language[arpriority]}><{$ticket[priority]}>
<{$language[arstatus]}><{$ticket[status]}>

<{$language[arsubfooter]}>
<{$swiftpath}>autologon.php?loginemail=<{$ticket[email]}>&loginpassword=<{$user[userpasswordtxt]}>&ticketid=<{$ticket[ticketid]}>&swiftpath=<{$swiftpath}>

<{/if}>

It works fine (autoresponder and staffreply).
