Automatic Line Break

hello,

i searched a little bit but i didnt found a topic related to my problem.

we use the latest stable from eSupport and we answer all mails in plain-text, because we didnt like html mails.

so in a real mail-client you can type you text and after nearly 65 chars in the line it makes automatically a line break.

in esupport our supporter must manually make the line break, so he must always look that he doesnt write too much in each line, that it is good readable in the mail-client from our clients.

so is there a way that esupport can make automatically line breaks?

Got the same problem here....

Repley to a ticket, like
this way, the text on a new line.

In the client browser, everything is parsed on one single line till the max. characters, like this way. We also didn't find the solution....

Anyone???
