Automatically setting tickets to OnHold after reply to client - 19-10-2006, 11:30 PM

How do you automatically setting tickets to OnHold after reply to client. I found a setting that set the replies from a client to OnHold, but that's the wrong way around.

I know it can be done because Kayako do it!

You need to change your settings in the Staff CP:

Staff CP > Filter Tickets > General > Open > Options > Post Reply Options > Default Ticket Status when Replying > onHold

Thanks for the tip SupportSkins, however I'm curious if there is a way to display OnHold tickets on the main ticket screen where open tickets are displayed. After setting tickets to OnHold status they don't show up any longer without going to that department and clicking to see OnHold tickets.

Anyone have an idea on how to display Open and OnHold ticket status on the main ticket window?
