autorespond ONLY to tickets with certain subject - 29-08-2006, 05:57 AM

We want to be able to send an autoresponder only to tickets that are generated from the enquiry form but I cannot see how in the rules this can be set up.

We really need "Subject is like..." --> autoresond

or "Subject is not.." --> do not autorespond

How can this be achieved?
