Autoresponder - 05-02-2008, 11:04 PM

Hi Everyone,

I've got a problem with my autoresponder since I've installed a new mail parser and assigned this mail parser to a department.

With all the departments I'm getting autoresponders only with the mail parser I inserted nothing happens.

This mail parser fetch the mails by pop, maybe that has something to do with it? The mail parser is setup correct and the setting are tested. It all works.

I saw the option with the flood protection. It's enable, but I disabled the option to not send the autoresponder when it floods.

Any ideas why all the departments that are not assigned to any mailparser just send the auto responders, but the department I assigned my new mail parser to isn't doing this any longer?

Have you modified the autoresponder template? Also make sure you *do not* disable Flood Protection.

Hi There,

I did modify the autoresponder template, but after restoring the original template it still didn't work.

Can there be an other reason?

I just answered this issue in the other thread you created. You might want to consider keeping everything under a single thread where you would have better chances of finding a solution.
