autoresponder, 2 domains, one Kayako installation - 14-09-2008, 06:18 AM

Hi

After digging through different other posts from this forum related to the autoresponder feature, I have to ask for help.

I have a single Kayako installation and 2 domains, support.domainA.com (specified as Product URL in General settings) and support.domainB.com.

What I'm trying to accomplish is to have the link from the autoresponder message pointing to domainA or domainB, depending on the destination department.
So, I created a new template group, I setup as default department one related to domainB and I modified the email_autoresponder from the new template group to include my second domain. Checking in preview, everything looks good. However, the email being sent to support@domainB hits the right department, but the URL in the autoresponder email still refers to domainA.

I tried with or without "Override $swiftpath and $themepath variables automatically" as well, clear cache after any change, but no luck. I'm missing something but I can't figure out what.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Z.

Which version of Kayako are you using? Is the department assigned to support@domainB only assigned to template group domainB?

Basically, no matter which template I'm trying to use, the default one is being used all the time.
