Autoresponder in different languages - 15-05-2008, 08:46 AM

I have set up an autoresponder in different languages, however, whether I send an email or raise a ticket, the autoresponder is always in the default language. How can I change this?

Which is the default language set for your template group?

The default language is english, but is there a way to ignore the default language?

No, that would not be possible. A possible work around would be creating a new template group. Search the forums for satellite helpdesk.
