Autoresponder Issues - 06-09-2006, 03:19 PM

I am having issues I believe with autoresponder. Earlier I sent in a ticket by email to test the new template autorepsonse I did and received a response. Then I tried it again and received no response.

I did the same steps from another email address and got the same results.

So I tried to restore my template thinking that adding in a few <BR> to tidy it up some might have caused some sort of error (which i doubt) but none the less. Results.....still the same. I don't receive any responses when I submit tickets by email.

I have the appropriate yes marks in the autoresponse section for each mail queue as well.

You can try it - support@inaudia.com. Try sending two different tickets.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Jerett

So no one has experienced this where if you send say two tickets in within a few minutes - each different - you only get the first reponse back?

Are you sending a reply to the origional ticket or creating a second new ticket?

Also stop posting multiple times asking for help in multiple threads.

In the admin control panel, switch off flood protection (at least for while you are testing) - From what you said I'm 99% sure you will find that solves this...

This is probably something that should be in the install doc, as it had me scratching my head for an hour or more.
