| New Member Posts: 1 Join Date: Dec 2006 | We are using login share with AD, but we also have external none AD clients. the problem we have is that the autoresponder emails that go out to the external clients does not contain login info on the url to check the status of the ticket. the user gets "you do not have permision to login. use your email address and password." The user never gets a password with the auto responder. I have tride the suggestions on this post Create links in ticket emails that auto login and go to the ticket but still have the same issue. The AD users have no problem. Any help would pre appreciated. |
