Autoresponder not sent due to loop control

What is this?

Thanks, but I think I may have a problem, and so far the support team have been able to answer my questions adequately.

Every single one of the mails in the parser log have the (Autoresponder not sent due to loop control) message appeneded to the end of the result. The autoresponder should not be sending in the first place, so then logically this loop control should not be in effect?

The loop control check fires before other checks, because it has the shortest path to completion and is the most common case for blockage. As such, it is the first item with the opportunity to deny the autoresponder send. Whether the autoresponder would have been blocked by other things isn't considered, because frankly, it doesn't really matter which thing prevents the autoresponder first.

I get the "Autoresponder not sent due to loop control" on every message i send, even if its the first one. I have adjust the values to only check every 5 mins and i will send a message at 6 mins but i never get an autorespond.
