Hi, I tried to generate a backup under admin CP after a couple seconds it goes to an empty page of url: http://www.mysite.com/esupport/admin/index.php Please help. Leon |

The back up feature will not work from the software Admin CP. It usually times out if your database size is big. It is recommended that you take a back up of the database using phpMyAdmin or from MySQL CLI.
