Bandwidth Problems on a large scale.

We just upgraded to the new version. To see if our current bandwidth problems would be taken care of. It is taking up bandwidth, way to much. With one user online it takes up anywhere between 1.5mbits to 3.0 mbits a second from this url: support/winapp/index.php.

We did a test first, we turned off the chat software by removing the index.php file in /winapp/. About 30 seconds later our traffic goes back down to normal levels. We then put the file back up so desktop clients could connect and then removed our users (we had about 75 total) and then added 5 total. They then tried to connect and we are still getting the same result.

Are you aware of this?

Hi Ryan,

Sorry this was missed - it was buried within the feature requests forum. Are you still seeing this problem? I have never heard or experienced it before (and I am sure a lot would be complaining, as many of our clients host themselves on shared hosting environments).
