Billing dates always entered incorrectly - 07-08-2006, 04:58 PM

Hi everyone,

Each time I try to add a billing information when replying to a ticket, the ticket then shows the following for the billing entry: <<My Name>> on Dec 31, 1969 01:00 PM. No matter when i put in the date, it always shows Dec 31, 1969 01:00 PM.

This doesn't happen when i manually add billing time for a ticket when i click on the billing tab.

This is frustrating for us because we can't track when people bill time when they're also responding to a ticket.

Any ideas as to what the problem is here?
