Is there a fix for this issue? Works the same way for the latest stable build as well. Yes, its a known issue in the present build and its fixed in the latest CVS build. The details are available at: Kayako Bug Tracker - Viewing Issue #531 - Billing entry display doesn't use date/time display setting Please wait for the next stable build and upgrade the helpdesk as soon as its available.
