I enter a billing note, 15 minutes spent, nothing billable. i.e. Go billing, put in 15, type away with comments, hit submit, and the screen goes away. Fine.
It's a long ticket, so I don't really notice until later, but ...
WHERE'D MY BILLING NOTE GO!!!
Took me 3 times to realize that unless I put in '0' - the note just goes off into the ether.
Please either default to 0, warn about empty billing amount field, or SOMETHING.
Don't just swallow it, go on your way, and not actually enter the note into the ticket.
