Billing entry not showing up on general tab - 18-01-2008, 04:09 PM

Hi chaps,

I have added a 45 minute billing entry to an open ticket. However, when someone views the ticket, this doesnt show up on the General tab with the other billing entries (all of which were created by entering time worked in the reply tab when sending a reply).

Is this normal ?

Hi Olly,

Are you saying that if billing time is added while someone else is viewing the ticket, they do not see the update? If so, this is intended functionality; live updating of things like this do not take place.

Sorry, what was happening is that the I was entering 60 in the working time, but 0 in the billing time as I wanted to track the time spent on research but not to bill for it. This Time Worked doesnt show up on the general time, only if you set the Billing Time. However, setting Time Worked on the Reply tab when replying to an email DOES show on the general tab.

Whys this ?
