There are two problems with creating billing reports: 1) How do you group all the tickets to each client? Creating a group ID will work - but you are always getting new users creating a management fiasco 2) Even AFTER you can pull the time report, there are no columns in the swtickettimetrack table to show that the specific time entry has been billed out. If you look at this thread: http://forums.kayako.com/f52/billing-reporting-sql-queries-inside-8103-post49442/ I have created SQL reports that run via a CRON job that email an HTML file to our staff that provides a great summary. But moving forward, reports and the ability to check off WHAT has been billed would be killer! |

I created some custom reports using SQL queries in MYSQL that email via scheduled CRON job. I have it all posted here: http://forums.kayako.com/showthread....8924#post58924 I hope this is a good enough solution unitl Kayako rolls out a Schedueld billing and reporting feature. |
