on Ver 3.xx in billing the ticket , i want to be able to add records that have no billing minutes only Worked minutes (on an ticket i do a lot of work that is not billable but i want to log the time i spendt on this job , but if i set 0 minutes in the billable field the whole records dissapear How can i change this ???? |

I agree, this is a feature thet I need as well. A lot of time we do work for a client that is not billed to them, but we need a way to track the time that was spent! markh |
