We have been using SupportSuite since version 3.0.80 and have found a very annoying issue. The time/date listed on the billing tab of a ticket is always displayed as GMT, not as the local time zone setting. Once it is submitted and displayed as a billing entry on the main ticket screen, the time is correct. If you adjust it in the Billing tab it always ends up off by the Timezone offset (in our case 8 hours). I just did the update to 3.04.10 hoping this isue would be fixed but I see the same bahviour in this version as well. I have set both the default timezone and my personal user timezone correctly and still get this bahviour. Is there another setting somewhere thaht I am missing, or should I enter this as a bug? Has anybody else seen this and just not complained?
