Assuming you are using the latest stable build, re-upload all PHP files except the setup and config files in BINARY format. That should fix the issue. Hi hms7777, The blank line does not mean that the task is not being excuted. The blank line is of course a bug, but the task still should be executed. Therefore, I'd suggest you take a look at your POP3 server settings and test those. -------------------------------------------------------------------

I've solved this, and I classify it as a bug, as it is somewhat bizarre. I didn't have imap compiled with php. So even though I was trying to use POP3 to access my mail server the system stop with an ERROR when pseudo-cron runs and says IMAP is not compiled. So you need --with-imap=[dir] installed. PHP: IMAP - Manual Arrrrgh. Not fun configuring this product. |

Hi there, Sorry - we should have suggested this earlier. This isn't a bug... the IMAP library in PHP contains all the supporting functions for POP3, IMAP and SMTP communications. -------------------------------------------------------------------

I am having similar problems, trying to get the mail parser working Looking in the Task Log I can see the scheduled tasks are being executed - but there is no title. and the mail is not being brought into Kayako. As you can see from my phpinfo(), my PHP is configured for IMAP. My scheduled task is called by the line: C:\wget\wget.exe -q -O nul "http://support.blueteq.co.uk/support....php?_t=parser" I can see the mail sitting in our support mailbox not be picked up Any ideas people? |
