1) Make sure your SMTP settings are correct 2) Try disabling SMTP and check if that works. 3) Make sure your Department/Staff Names do not have any punctuation marks 4) Make sure your PHP installation meets all Kayako requirements. This very much sounds like SupportSuite is timing out before the send is completed. This usually indicates trouble with the mailserver or firewall. Please open a support ticket; we'll investigate. -------------------------------------------------------------------
