Blank Screen after Installation - 3.00.26 - 25-01-2006, 09:26 PM

I'm reposting this to Version 3 > General Discussion ...

I just installed SupportSuite 3.00.32 today.

I am able to get to the admin section without a problem. Everything looks like I'd expect. http://support.hostingspot.com/admin

However, when I go to the client Support Center at http://support.hostingspot.com/ I see nothing - just a blank screen. I've reviewed the forums and see issues with PHP 5...I'm on PHP 4.4.0.

Here is a link to my PHPinfo file: http://support.hostingspot.com/phpinfo.php

FreeBSD (Unix)
PHP 4.4.0
MySQL 4.0.26
Zend

Please help.

After enabling errors in my php.ini file, I now see the following message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: preg_replace() in /hsphere/local/home/hostings/support.hostingspot.com/includes/functions.php on line 3252

Yes. My issue is now resolved. There was a problem in my php.ini file, related to PCRE somehow being disabled. I updated the php.ini file and the problem was solved. I'm now trying to get everything setup and make up the day that I lost in trying to figure out the problem.

FYI...it was not a problem with Kayako, rather my own server configuration. They were helpful via tickets in diagnosing the problem and pointing me in the right direction.
