Blank screen when clicking "View Email Headers"

Our "View Email Headers" button seems to have stopped working.

It's useful as it lets us read emails where customers have replied in the wrong part of the email and Kayako has hidden their message.

Now, when it's clicked, a blank white page loads and that's all.

Does anybody have any suggestions?

Hi Chris,

I have the same problem, it seemed to only occour after upgrading to 2.3.5. I havnt lodged a fault with kayako yet, we've just worked around it. Would be handy to get working again

I am unable to reproduce this error in 2.3.5. Is anyone else having this issue?

Rod,

When you say you've 'worked around it' do you have another way of viewing the raw email?

Is there any more info I can give to try and help solve this problem?

I get this error, blank screen in the headers pop-up windows. If I wait a few minutes it will load up, but waiting this long is a real pain.... do we know if there are any solutions?
