It's resolved and closed. We're in the middle of the 3.50 testing pass. We're hoping for a release in the next week or so, though don't count that as a promise. This defect is repaired in the upcoming release.

I don't know what crack you're smoking but you can't fix bugs if you close them without working with the people who report them. I just reproduced the same issues I reported two years ago with the blank pages and users can't closing tickets in Modernbill with 3.50.05. The reason why I came back here to vent is that News announcements are also no longer visable from the dashboard as well. So all I can say is this "tested and fixed" yet still broken software you keep pushing out gets worse and worse.

So any day you guys want to get around to fixing your modernbill integration, it would be greatly appreciated. You can start with digging up ticket ID UXU-891618.

John confirmed above it was resolved in the beta version so it should be fine in the stable version.

Confirmed this still happens

From modernbill v4
1) Blank page after ticket submission

2) Actual ticket content is blank as well.

It wasn't fixed and gee, what a surprise its been almost another month since Jamie said he'd find out more about this and there's been no followup. Ever since I've reported this bug two years ago, the basic response has been "we're too busy to bother looking at this right now." Then they just closed the ticket and bug reports months or years later saying "not an issue". Of course they're not going to find anything wrong if they're not going to look at the problem.

Are you using the SMTP server settings? Like I said, enabling that is what breaks it for me. Also, are your news alerts showing up in the dashboard? That stopped working for me after I upgraded from 3.11 to 3.50. Can you also close tickets from the support section in modernbill as well? That has been broken for me the past two years as well.
