It wasn't fixed and gee, what a surprise its been almost another month since Jamie said he'd find out more about this and there's been no followup. Ever since I've reported this bug two years ago, the basic response has been "we're too busy to bother looking at this right now." Then they just closed the ticket and bug reports months or years later saying "not an issue". Of course they're not going to find anything wrong if they're not going to look at the problem.

Are you using the SMTP server settings? Like I said, enabling that is what breaks it for me. Also, are your news alerts showing up in the dashboard? That stopped working for me after I upgraded from 3.11 to 3.50. Can you also close tickets from the support section in modernbill as well? That has been broken for me the past two years as well.
