Exclamation bug in the autoclose email? - 29-01-2007, 02:27 PM

Hi,

Since you did add:

"Added feature to send email after ticket autoclose. "

The system is sending twice the final autoclose message instead to send first the email_autoclose and then when it is closed the email_autoclose_final.

We have configured to close the ticket in 96 hours, so after 96 hours the system is sending the email email_autoclose_final and then again when it close it is sending the email_autoclose_final


Please can someone confirm this bug?

I'm experiencing the same problem with eSupport 3.20.02 STABLE.

I was first told by Kayako support to revert the templates to fix the problem. This would have been a very time consuming process since we use custom templates and I couldn't see how that would solve the problem. When I asked Kayako support for more information I was instructed to upgrade to the latest stable version -- this also did not fix the problem.

Our system is set to notify after 48 hours and set the ticket to 'Closed' after another 24 hours.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
