I created a Private KB category for staff only use. I add a private article, again for staff only viewing. On the left side category tree, the counter shows 0, regardless of article. Should I be putting a public article in a private category? Or are all private staff KB articles (not for public viewing) supposed to be private KB articles within the private KB category? |
