I'm using the latest stable version.

In Staff, when you create a new operator, you can: selected each departament or select a group. Right?

When you select a group, all departaments still OFFLINE in Chat. The ICON show ONLINE, but when you click in the ICON (image) and open the new Window to select departament, all departament is OFFLINE. Only when you select the GROUP. If you select individual departaments this problem don't occur.

Ive had this problem as well, which is one of the reasons why I never select use group departments..I always individually select them.

I've received infractions because post this topic on forum. I don't UNDERSTAND WHY! This is very sucks policy. How can I see all my infractions? I've tried to post this on bugs, but my account is NOT ALLOWED TO DO THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You have to sign up for an account in the bug tracker, your kayako forum accont and bug tracker account are different. You can see your infractions through the USER CP.

The "Infractions" feature of vBulletin is just a quick and systematic way of reminding users are forum rules and enforcing forum rules. It keeps things fair and quick because they are all predefined.

Infractions can be viewed within your user profile. The infraction you received was one that has a very short expiry and was simply to remind to post in the correct forum (several of your threads have had to be moved as of late). Also, I added a message that bugs should be submitted to the bug tracker.

Your other infraction was for posting an advertisement for an item for sale outside of the Marketplace. The rules are clear and strict on advertising, and it is not allowed outside of the Marketplace forums in order to keep discussion current and balanced in the regular forums.

Please do not take this as an insult or offensively - it is just the system operated here (it is mentioned at the bottom of the rules page that you view before creating a new thread).
