Bug on Ticket Setting on SupportSuite v3.10.02 - 10-03-2007, 06:57 PM

Hi,

Just found out that, one of Ticket setting is not working.

AdminCP -> Settings -> Ticket and you will see "SLA Settings"

and there is thid kind of setting

Clear Overdue Time for Tickets when Staff Replies?
If Enabled, The SLA Overdue time will be cleared automatically whenever a staff replies to a ticket. A New overdue time will be calculated when the Client Replies back to ticket again.

Even set "Yes" on it, it does not restart overdue time.

When staff applies on ticket, it cleared up overdue time as setting said, but when client applies back on ticket, it does not restart overdue time.. just empty on overdue time section on ticket...

Is this just me? or Bug on SupportSuite v3.10.02?

Please let me know.

Thanks

Hi Siora,

For the fix you will have to download the latest CVS build (see the Builds tab in your members area).

However Siora, Kayako does recommend against using CVS builds on a production server due to it being a "work in progress" kind of thing.

Jamie,

Looking at the change log, it seems that development has slowed down quite a bit over the last week or two and it's been almost two months since the last stable commit.

Can you inquire as to any plans coming up to make a stable commit so that we can start using some of the recent bug fixes?

Regards,

Eddie

Hi Eddie,

A large number of bug fixes have been made and have not all been added to this build log. You can see these bugs at http://bugs.kayako.com (among others that have been fixed from the old Flyspray bug tracker).

I am not aware of any plans for an upcoming new stable build yet, but the latest CVS build should be considered fairly stable as it contains bug fixes only.

I will wait a bit longer to see what comes up before I download the CVS. Unfortunately I am the owner of the company but my server guy takes care of this so I can't always get things done when i need them done.
