which Build Type installed

Hi,

How can I check which build type (Zend or ionCube) I am using ?

Open swift.php in the root directory of Kayako and it will say either Zend or IonCube.

I have figured it out.

Also I am going to upgrade the helpdesk version from 3.00.32 to 3.20.02 STABLE build. Is there anything that I need to be taken care while upgrading?

1. Upload the files overwriting the existing ones but ignore (don't upload) the /config/ directory.
2. Run /setup/ -> Upgrade.
3. Restore all templates (Admin CP -> Templates -> Restore).

You will need to upload the config directory also because of the changes made in that file.

It is only needed if you want to gain the IP restrict functionality.
