Hi,

i have a problem i have been hacked with my esupport v3 version in the folder cache all sorts of files and documents of red falcon group has been placed there is there anything i can do too solve this chmodding the directory to 755 is not an option and i dont know exactlyhow they uploaded these files eather.

Hi Maurits,
I cannot confirm whether or not the hackers went in through our product, maybe they placed the files in because cache was set to 777?

Can you please send me your entire access_log to varun AT kayako.com, If its a big file then please .tar.gz it, upload it somewhere and send over the link.
