Hi Maurits, I cannot confirm whether or not the hackers went in through our product, maybe they placed the files in because cache was set to 777? Can you please send me your entire access_log to varun AT kayako.com, If its a big file then please .tar.gz it, upload it somewhere and send over the link. Thanks.
