Calendar repeat tasks - Kayako

Not sure if this is where i am supposed to post this question, i am wondering if there is a way to have an event in the callendar to repeat itself weekly, daily or monthly? the help ive gotten so far from this site has been great, thanks all for helping me out.

i was also wondering if there is a way to have the repeated tasks viewable by all staff members instead of making it a personal calendar entry? does anyone out there know if the callendar can have schedueled repetitive tasks?

Great question - As I have not found a way to do this either....

There is no recurring-event feature in Support Suite as of yet

To bad - saldy without it - the calendar option is pretty much more work than its worth..
