Can clients filter tickets by status? - 13-03-2008, 02:21 PM

Hello

We've upgrade to SupportSuite v3.11.01 and still cannot see how a client can filter out tickets so they only can see Open tickets. Currently our client has to page through 80+ pages of closed tickets, when in fact, there are only 4 or 5 tickets that are open and that they are interested in.

Any help much appreciated.

Kayako allows clients to sort the ticket list by status which would populate all open tickets together.

How does that work? Can you order by 'Open' specifically, or does it just re-order alphabetically the status column?

Is there not a proper filter / seach for the client?

I think it orders alphabetically. Just click on "Status" in the ticket list page which your clients can see after they log into the Client Support Center.

I'm dismayed that a mature product has such an important feature missing! By the looks of it, we can't even allow our clients to search their tickets or even filter by 'Open' + 'Critical'.
