Can I use the live chat button on a secure page?

Hi, I'm trying to use the Live Chat button on our order form, which is of course on a secure page.

Does anyone know how I can do this without generating a "page contains non-secure objects" error? Obviously, we don't want this error on our order form.

The only work around is that you install the helpdesk software on a secured location.

Hi;

We have done this. You only to set up your support site as a site with SSL and then use https:// in the address.

There is also a setting in the admin page where you enter the site name and you need to change that to https:// as well.

If you are hosting it yourself then it should not take you more than 5 minutes to set up a secure site.
