I run two web hosting companies. I would like to use the same help desk for both companies so I don't have to administer two help desks. Is it possible to setup a skin for one company, and a second for another company? |

I am being optimistic. We figured out how to do it with IPB and the new version of WHM AutoPilot will do this... so I hope Kayako can do it as well. |

Yes this is possible - you can use template groups, of which you can have any. Knowledgebase, downloads and troubleshooter categories can be all template group specific, and so are departments. -------------------------------------------------------------------
