I have now played with Copper and I have to say with their customization services it will fit my needs just about perfectally - plus you can start at one level and move all your data easily if you want to upgrade... Looks like a nice solution... now to see if we can get it integrated with Kayako... thou in some aspects it might be better not to integrate them very much past a loginshare for staff as I really need my project management seperate from any customer based apps. |
