These AJAX drop downs are horrendously out of whack! The entire process needs to be reviewed as to what combo affects what. You also need to consider checking multiple rows in the main ticket listing. Please get a new stable with this fixed up ASAP!!! Thank you! |

I think he means the drop down from the main ticket listings (Mass Action) |

Anywhere that you see drop downs to set the department, assigned to, status, etc. They are incredibly messed up, set the department and you lose who the ticket is assigned to. There are other combinations where you can end up totally unassigning a ticket, etc. The complete lack of testing of these releases amazes me. Why we pay for updates baffles me as they cause more frustration and bugs at times with no sense of urgency to correct their mistakes. Why hasn't this been corrected as of yet? |
