I suggest you pipe the email ****@service.aaa.com into the helpdesk and forward the email ***@aaa.com to ****@service.aaa.com. I suggest this because CPanel has some restriction with piping an email from any other domain/subdomain to an existing domain i.e. piping emails from subdomain.domain.com to domain.com Professional and Affordable Kayako Skins - Specialists in Kayako Skinning & Customization - Professional Paid Support Our Skins and Services - http://www.supportskins.com/store/ SupportSkins.com - http://www.supportskins.com/ |

Yes, Piping is possible in the case when your esupport is installed on a different domain ( service.aaa.com ) than the one with which you want to setup email queues ( ****@aaa.com). Please follow the steps mentioned at the given thread " cPanel/Exim Piping Issues - Resolution " so as to enable piping in case of different domains. Regards, Kunal Sharma |
