Cannot edit user settings - Kayako

I tried to login to the admin panel to change the email address of one of the staffers. I wasn't able to do it in the admin panel so I tried to login to the staff panel and I got the same thing. I tried it in both IE8 and FF3.

Please open a support ticket in re: FF3. We do not support beta browsers, so IE8 is out.
