Hi All, I have been having a very strange problem for quite a while now and I am hoping that someone can assist me. 1. I use a resellerguru.com as a webhost reseller. They have been using eSupport (http://support.resellerguru.com) from the time I started with them. About a year back they upgraded to the latest version of eSupport and ever since then I am unable to view any tickets I have submitted as I cannot login to eSupport. 2. But here is the strange thing. I can login in when I go to one of one clients and use their computers and internet. 3. I have reloaded 2 machines. One has Windows 2003 server with IE7 and Firefox and the other Windows 2000 with IE6. Neither of these machines can login to the site. 4. As I can login using a completely different network etc. I can't see the problem being with eSupport on the site, but I can't see it being on my side as well as I have a simple straight forward setup. Nothing fancy. Firewall is configured correctly etc. I even switched off the firewall and still cannot connect. 5. Now here is the cherry on the cake. I use eSupport for my own personal business and I can login and do anything I want to my version of eSupport running on the servers of ResellerGuru.com. Can anyone help. Please!!!! Thanx |
