Question Cannot read client tickets in kayako - 08-10-2007, 01:11 PM

Hi guys, i run modernbill + kayako support suite. So, i did the loginshare, and i added client in modernbill, the clients shows in the kayako interface in staff panel, perfect everything till here,

i opened a ticket in modernbill, i saw it was opened through the kayako support suite, i CAN see the ticket, as customer, in the modernbill interface, but when i go to kayako staff page, there are 0 tickets.

I am using the latest kayako / modernbill.

Make sure the Ticket View is set to "All Tickets" and not "Default View". You can change it under the Staff CP:

Staff CP > Filter Tickets > Departments > Open > Views > All Tickets

Did the view - doesn't work

Went to Manage users - > clicked the user - > i can see tickets - > i click the tickets -> i get the unable to view, permissions denied error.

Did you add the department to your user in the admin CP? In the last image, I see a department that doesn't exist in your main ticket views: "Design-Services". Once you add that user to that department, you should be ok.

ADMIN->STAFF->MANAGE STAFF
