Cannot set Login Routine - Kayako

I am trying to set Active Directory as my login routine but I am having problems being that when I click on Templates » LoginShare » eSupport Login Routine it is completely blank. I think there is supposed to be a drop down or menu for me to choose AD as my default login routine but there is nothing there. (See screenshot attached)

Any ideas? This is a brand new installation. LDAP is already enabled in PHP and everything else seems to be working fine.

You have to select AD login in your template group.

AdminCP -> Templates-> Manage Groups

Click on Settings.

Change Loginshare to Microsoft Active Directory
