Cannot view all tickets - 01-05-2008, 10:03 AM

We have 2 users that are both Administrators and have access to two mail queues. However, we both cannot see each others tickets that have been raised or taken ownership of. I have checked that the Administrator role has access to see all tickets and it has, and also checked the user accounts and they look fine. Can anyone help please?

You need to change the Ticket View from "Default View" to "All Tickets" in the Staff CP > Department > Open > Views
