Cant add new languages - Kayako

Hello, i have a problem to add new languages.
When i log in to AdminCP, then go to Languages > Import/Export.
Then i choose this "swedish.xml" so did follow with the version i downloaded here on Kayako.com.

Then i browse the file and find it, then Create New Language. Then "import xml".

But after it has reloaded, nothing happends.
I cant see any new language.

Anyone have some tip?

Because i would be glad if someone could help me atleast, for Kayako is not doing that.

We have the same issue and reported it to Kayako Support.
Hope, it will be fixed ASAP.

So what happened with the stuff above? It would be great if you wrote about the solution.
I also need the swedish language and having problem with installing it.

It sounds to me like the file in question is corrupted or has been manually modified.

You will need to create a new one for the latest version anyway.

same here with German, Russian, French. Seems to be a common bug. There is no error report, and nothing happens when importing new xml file.

I have the same problem with Italian language. I think that this is a big and common bug.

Hello I also have the same issue.
Has this been resolved yet? Any information will help greatly.
I'm looking into adding Polish language, which I have in Admin Cp,
Then imported the pl language with no changes.

Run the polish language pack in Internet Explorer and check if it displays any error.

Same issue here, import does not seem to work. Looks like it must be a manual job.

Are you sure the language pack has no XML errors?
