I am trying to create staff. I am logged into the admin panel and when I click STAFF and click Insert Staff and type in all the required info and click "Insert Staff" it takes me back to the page that shows the list of staff members and the only one there is my admin account that I created during the setup and not the new account that I just tried to create.... can someone please help me out on this. thanks! |

Open your MySQL config file - my.cnf and set: sql-mode = "" Once that is done, restart your MySQL server and it should fix the issue.
