What is the error you receive with your run the cron url -- http://www.yourdomain.com/path_to_su....php?_t=parser in the brower? Which version of PHP are you using? When you run the Cron URL in the browser, the browser page is blank? Check your server error_log for any reported errors. Also are you using POP3 or POP3 SSL?
