Hi there, I have investigated this further and discussed this with a developer and I cannot replicate it as I first mention (error on my part!). Have you made sure to enable "Enable CATCHPA for ticket submission"? If you have and the field still does not show, please submit a support ticket and a developer will trace the issue. I submitted a ticket (FMD-560604) however for some reason I cannot submit a ticket via the members area even though I own a license so I submitted it via the sales department. If you can, can you change departments for me. I put a note in the ticket stating that it was for support. |

Hi Siora, This may be because if a field is left blank you are re-routed to the Sales ticket submission page. Please ensure to fill out all fields whilst we work on catching this problem more effectively. Thanks, -------------------------------------------------------------------
