Captcha graphic missing.

Same as a post below, I get no captcha graphic on my ticket submission. The text is there just no graphic. I am running on a Mac Mini on OS X 10.5, had to recomplie php version 5.2.5 to add GD support - did this AFTER the eSupport install as I didn't know to do it before (wasn't in pre-requisites). PHP.ini as follows:

I gave up lol. Compile this, fix that - do this. After three weeks of hard graft trying to get esupport to work on a mac I have this advice. Don't bother, unless of course you are a mac / unix guru.

This is not Kayako's fault (well, apart from it being very difficult to get a prerequisite list that is accurate and help on it). I just installed it on Suse 10.3 and had it up and running in a morning. of course I haven't tested Captcha yet lol.

Captcha problems are usually GD or FreeType being not installed, FreeType being too old (new GD can't talk to old FreeType), default fonts not being installed on the server or libpng being installed incorrectly.

But hey, if you switched to SuSE, great, SuSE has most everything needed pre-installed.
