CC & BCC in Mails - 30-09-2008, 03:15 PM

Hi there,

browsing the forum for a while, I unfortunately found no anwser concerning my request.

When a message is sent to the support system and someone set "cc" in the mail that was sent to the support system, the support system mails any reply or forward to the receipent listed in cc. Same for BCC.

How to disable?
Or is there a workaround?

Admin CP > Settings > Tickets > Parser Settings:

Automatically Add CC Users As Recipients
Automatically add CC e-mail addresses in an incoming e-mail to the ticket to be created.
Dispatch Auto Responder for CC Users?
If Enabled, SupportSuite will automatically dispatch an autoresponder message to the CC users. The autoresponder message is dispatched without the password of the creator even if this option is enabled.

Glad to help. Note though, that I've been having some trouble with the queue address somehow being added to the cc: list. You might watch out for that, and add a parser rule to catch autoresponders looping back to the queue. I have a ticket open with support on this and will try to follow up here if you note any similar problems.
