CC and Bcc people are not receiving auto responder mails THey are getting only contents.Hey the auto responder contains a hyperlink which can be used by the user to directly view his tickets.But I also added some CC and Bcc guys so that
they also can view the tickets.But they are not getting autoresponder mail.
Why? only The User Email : guy is only getting it. Even if the CC guy is a registered user and a manager of a registered group and this main user email(To

guy belongs to that group he is not getting autoresponder mail
I want that CC guy also to get that autoresponder mail .The CC guy has permissions to view and delete his group tickets also
